With a workshop group, a magazine was produced within a week that documents coexistence in Hellersdorf in journalistic and artistic formats, gives ideas and recommendations for action and points to projects, initiatives and committed individuals who contribute to its improvement.

For the magazine workshop "Mach Neu", people from Hellersdorf set out together with us and the editorial team of Froh! to explore and question their living environment. Whether it's a new flat, a new job or a new love: things are constantly changing around us, we are constantly reinventing ourselves. But when everything is in motion, one can also ask oneself: Where are we and where do we actually want to go? Where does the new come from? Can we plan for change? And is the old worth less than the new?

In just eight days, the participants planned and researched a magazine, wrote, photographed and drew, designed and printed - the finished booklet was presented at the festival for "Schöner Leben ohne Nazis".
